The Pets

It wouldn't be a proper description of a trip home to CT if I didn't mention the pets. That is, Rusty and Sylvester-the cats (who are also the boys), and Sadie and Beverly-the dogs (the girls). Life in the Tierney household all but revolves around them.

This one in particular:

This is Sadie, playing with Luke. I love this picture of her. It cracks me up. She is such a monster.

This is sweet little Beverly. She is getting really old, and has horrible breath, but she's cute.

While I was wrapping some of my gifts (had to leave them unwrapped in my luggage), I turned around and found this:

Sylvester, just hangin' out in the basket. He had climbed in there himself. Sylvester is the most neurotic of our animals. We got him at the Humane Society.

Finally, Rusty, pictured here with the catnip I brought him for Christmas:

I love that his eyes are glowing in this picture. He LOVED the catnip.
